CAX maintains high standards relative to environmental compliance. Specific procedures are followed to identify and appropriately handle potential hazardous waste situations.

Our goal is for 100% product recycling with zero land fill!

     CAX has consistently maintained a disposal rate of no more than 5% by weight of material received. Any such waste is incinerated at an environmentally safe electrical co-generation facility - nothing is land filled.

      In the recycling business, indemnification usually relates to an accidental occurrence or improper disposition of waste. Through continuous education and training by our environmental consultant, CAX maintains full environmental compliance. A combination of training programs provided by our consultant, as well as attendance at EPA and DOT seminars helps insure that a high level of expertise is maintained. Complete compliance to procedures and appropriate employee training are probably the best "insurance policies" against accidental exposure. Our consultant, who is on call 24 hours a day, also provides periodic audits of our total recycling operations. All warehouse facilities are regularly tested during occupancy to insure complete environmental integrity.
